This is Tony "Jap" Membrino in the early 60's, possibly late 50's, when he was starting to make his mark on the Southern New England Auto Racing scene. Jap was one of the more colorful drivers of the era. Today Jap is Reggie Ruggiero's favorite hunting buddy.
