REMEMBERING TONY MORDINO

One of the most colorful drivers of the 50's and 60's, Tony won at least 200 features in his career at tracks all over the Northeast.  In a "take no prisoners" style of driving he was either loved or hated by the fans, similar to the way the fans of today look upon Ted Christopher. One of the pioneers of Stock Car Racing in the Northeast, Tony continued winning into the 70's before his retirement.  Tony passed away in November of 1999 after a battle with cancer.
