If it seems like he's been around for ever, it's probably because he has. Tom Baldwin started  tearing up the tracks of Long Island in the early 70's. Though not winning as much these days as he is accustomed to, Tom is still a force on the Featherlite Modified Tour.  Probably Tom's biggest win was the Stafford 300 in 1996.
