Not an unfamiliar sight in the 70's, Don Moon getting the Black Flag from former starter Billy Dunn.  Don't be surprised to find Billy back on the flag stand at one of the area tracks in 2004.
Billy was also a car owner in the 60's with the 7 Crown Modifieds.
